We at Hi Choice Exports Pvt Ltd, understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we are partnering with some of the most reputed Indian and international courier partners such as Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all orders.
Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS/Email. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.
Note – Please allow us at least 4-7 days to deliver the Shipment to your doorstep once the Order is confirmed.
Domestic and International Shipping –
Hi Choice Exports Pvt Ltd offers FREE SHIPPING all over India for all orders, prepaid as well as cash on delivery (COD). For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees are charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout.
Tax and duties: Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s tax policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.
If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.
As we are sending the Garment from Jaipur – India, it takes us 9-14 working days to the International Orders from the date of order placement on the website.
Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.
